Refund policy
Eunoia will accept exchanges and store credit within 3 days. Merchandise must be in the same packaging, merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return for store credit or exchanges. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS ON UNDER GARMENTS OR SWIMWEAR, OR LEOTARDS.
Please send merchandise back to the address below and include a note informing us if you’d like store credit or to exchange (size, color, etc…)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to reach you may vary.
An email tracking will be sent to you to verify that your order is on its way back to you.
